Interprovincial License A

Up to 93.5 Hours of Instruction at our Facility

Investment: $10,000¹

  • Access to a computer at our location
  • Access to an instructor to review course material in preparation for the knowledge exam
  • 60 Hours: Core Learning program
  • 8.5 Hours: Air Brakes Program (Q Endorsement)
  • 17-25 Hours: Competence Building program

Interprovincial License B

Approximately 93.5 Hours of Instruction at our Facility

Investment: $9,650¹

  • Access to a computer at our location

Interprovincial License C

Farm-Restricted Class 1

12 Hours of Instruction at our Facility

Investment: $3,000*¹

  • 12 Hours of individually tailored in-truck/yard training
  • Truck rental for road test

¹ North Peace Commercial Driving Academy program fees do not include the cost of Phase 1: Entry-Level learning. This portion of the Class 1 driver training program must be purchased by the student through Alberta.ca.

Program fees also do not include the cost of truck rental for the road test, or the road test permit fee.

At this time, the North Peace Commercial Driving Academy is not able to offer payment plans. All fees must be paid in full to secure registration.

Students who are under 20 years of age prior to September 1, and who are continuing to work towards their high school completion, may be eligible to enroll in the Academy’s driver training programs at no cost to the student.
